英国BBCの音楽番組におけるスタジオ・ライヴ・テイクと86年のレディング・フェスでのライヴ音源のカップリング盤。
音は少しこもりぎみだが、LIVEでのアグレッシヴな臨場感が楽しめる。
中でも、個人的には“20,000 FEET"が、MOTORHEADなみのゴリ押しハイ・スピードで気に入っている。
